Youth of the Year
Ages 16-18
Our premier recognition program celebrates the leadership, service, academic excellence, and outstanding character of our teen members. Youth of the Year finalists serve as role models and ambassadors for their Clubs and communities.

Keystone Clubs
Ages 14-18
Teen-led leadership groups where members take charge and make a difference. Members elect officers and get hands-on practice in leadership, communication, and teamwork through service projects and fundraising.

Ages 13-18
College readiness program providing a clear pathway to higher education. Helps teens set goals, explore college options, and understand steps to graduate high school and succeed in college.

Money Matters
Ages 13-18

Ages 14-18
Work opportunities for BGCO Club teens who have been members for 2+ years and meet required academic metrics. Students earn income while gaining real-work experience.
