John Mascali
President & CEO
John Mascali's career has seamlessly traversed both the for-profit and nonprofit realms. In 2006, he ventured into entrepreneurship, eventually becoming COO and President of one of the largest Burger King franchise organizations encompassing 150 restaurants across ten states.
Ida Hatchue
Chief of Staff
Ida Hatchue partners with the CEO to advance strategic initiatives. Previously Director of Strategy at NewUni and CEO/Co-founder of KARL. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSBA from UNC Chapel Hill.
Fred Frazier
Chief Operating Officer
Fred is a BGCO alumnus with degrees from UC Berkeley and Saint Mary's College. He has a strong passion for youth development and oversees the daily operations of all Boys & Girls Clubs of Oakland locations.
Laila Dreidame
Vice President, Advancement & Development
Laila has over 17 years of nonprofit experience including humanitarian work across four countries. She has worked with organizations like Human Rights Watch and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Madagascar and Zambia.
