Boys & Girls Clubs of Oakland’s 35th Annual Salute to Youth: Invest in the Futures of Oakland celebrates our highest achieving student-members – our Youth of the Year, and representatives from our neighborhood facilities. This great event spotlights our results and helps to sustain the organization’s mission – to develop our community’s youth into positive contributors to society. Join us in celebrating our youth and welcoming the new leadership with the speaker of the night, Hall of Fame Baseball player, Dave Stewart! All proceeds from the Salute to Youth directly benefit nearly 2,400 kids and teens served by the organization’s three strategically located Clubhouses in West, Central, and East Oakland.
